This world got me feelin’ like a caged bird…

Singin’ behind these bars…

Cryin’ out to be let free,

I just wanna be me,

Livin’ free, 

How it’s supposed to be…

I didn’t ask for this,

To be caged in,

Mentally and spiritually…

This ain’t it G,

Caged bird…

With wings too large to be in such a tight place…

I wanna stretch em’ out, 

And soar through the skies,

Floatin’ on top of the clouds,

And flowin’ through the wind,

Never wanting it to end…
